How do I apply for a no-cost extension (NCE) on my ODC grant?

Click here to complete our NCE application form. Once your form is submitted, we will review the request and reply to you directly regarding the status of your NCE. No Cost Extensions must be submitted to ODC at least one month prior to the award end date. The maximum NCE allowable length is 6 months.

How do I request a budget revision for my awarded grant?

Please complete this budget revision template and email Samantha Charleston with your budget modification request and completed template. Email must include your grant award number for reference.

What citation do I include in publications resulting from a grant?

The following citation must be included in all publications resulting from an agreement: “This work was supported by a research grant from the University of Pennsylvania Orphan Disease Center in partnership with the (name of foundation that partnered with ODC).” Appropriate citation of all collaborations must be included in all publications as scientifically appropriate.
